When you enter and exit the yard you have to be sprayed down with a solution of alcohol.

Each major room has a place to step in that has bleach water in it.  This is to clean your shoes.

Seriously I got a low  shot of the buckets for you.  These buckets are all full by the end of the day with the liquids that Cholera makes the body expel.  understand?  They have to be dumped daily.
