Miriana has lost weight and is down to 20 pounds. Not normal for a 10 year old little girl. We are doing everything we can to keep her alive. She will/can not eat much and has constant diar.
Tomorrow morning her papa and a RHFH employee will be making a trip to visit the doctor that has been seeing her for over a year now. They want to see Miriana in person. That cannot happen. She is unable to travel and unable to be off of IV fluids for a full day of travel. We are going to a clinic that should have ARV medication for her. We are going to do our best to talk to them and pray that they will give the meds to us for her. We want to work with this place that has been seeing and treating her. But we also know that sometimes it is not that easy.
Will you join us in prayer. We need to get meds for her soon so she will live. We are praying that tomorrow will be the day. Below is Miriana in 2011.

March 26, 2012 at 5:27 pmSuch a sad situation : ( I was telling my kids about her–she’s the age of my little girl (who weighs almost 70 lbs) but weighs what our little dog weighs. That put it in perspective for all of us.

March 26, 2012 at 7:41 pmOh, Licia! This makes me cry – I so remember her sweet little self and the rather naughty dance she liked to perform no matter how often you told her no. Praying for the little sweetheart now – crying out to God for her healing.
