We have been humbled by the outpouring of genuine love and effective prayer by so many. Grateful we are all safe and sound and our village did not endure significant damage. Thankful for a staff of dedicated Haitians that didn’t hesitate to come to work and care for those children in our acute malnutrition inpatient program and cholera hospital. We will spend the day returning our cholera patients to the cholera treatment center, cleaning up, and plan to reopen our outpatient clinic tomorrow morning.
Mixed with joy and relief is an ache for those in parts of Haiti that received the brunt of Hurricane Matthew. Please continue to pray for these people and the country of Haiti. With so many crops being decimated, there is a real concern regarding food supply/ prices in the months to come.

They will use your money wisely and responsibly, and there is currently a fund specifically set up for hurricane relief. Their admin expenses are less than 1% of the total funds raised, as they are an all volunteer organization. Therefore, 99 cents of every dollar goes directly to the relief efforts in Haiti.
