I read in the newspaper this morning about a terrible fire at Orphanage of the Church of Bible Understanding. My husband and I are extremely saddened. Our prayers go out to all those affected.
At first I thought the orphanage may have been associated with Real Hope for Haiti, who I enjoy making dresses for. I’m relieved it isn’t, but that doesn’t reduce the sadness in my heart. Especially because the cause of the fire was due to candles that needed to be burned because the generator had mechanical problems. God Bless all of you for what you do there in Haiti. If Licia Betor wants to send to the orphanage anything that I recently sent via AGAPE that would be fine with me. There are so many in need. Another box will be sent soon.
