In 2008, we had a major flood here in Cazale. It washed out the road in 2 places coming into our village and made it difficult to get supplies into the area. There were many that came to help our area and one of those was MAF. They were able to fly over our area and drop supplies to us. We have several white sheets that we put on the ground as the target areas to drop the supplies. The plane made several passes and dumped out bags, suitcases, and supplies. Many people helped to carry the supplies down to the clinic and they were distributed to those in the area.
