Filtering:
- After cooking the oatmeal, pass the mixture through a strainer to remove the flake pieces.
- Collect the filtered oat water and discard the flakes.
- Put the oat water back into the pot, heat for a few more minutes, then add the milk.
- Remove from the heat and serve your labouyi. Add sugar according to your preference.
