Dear RHFH Supporters (Present or Past),
My name is Brad Brizendine, a longtime friend of the RHFH founding family, Davis and Gretchen Zachary and their “now adult” children (Lori, Licia, Casey & their families). My wife (Joan) and myself have the greatest respect and admiration for the entire family and RHFH mission. Over the years, we have witnessed the mission’s tenacity, courage, and sincere devotion in bringing healing of the heart, soul, and body to the people of Haiti. Through the uprisings (past to present), hurricanes, earthquake of 2010, and disease, RHFH leadership remained relentless in reaching and loving the hurting people of Haiti. This wonderful ministry and extension of the heart of Jesus has not wavered or veered from its beginnings in January 1994. And now, 30 years later, and after the loss of multiple lives, great disappointments and heartbreak, RHFH and its leadership carry on with God’s “calling” and objective in providing real hope for Haiti.
As a longtime friend, brother in Christ, board member, and pastoral encourager to RHFH, I want to ask you to continue praying for and financially supporting this “God-birthed” ministry as it follows the Great Commission of Jesus Christ in loving and reaching the dear people of Haiti. And to those who have supported RHFH in the past, please pray about once again financially and prayerfully “partnering” with this most fruitful mission.
Over time, many of us lose the connectivity that is imperative in ministry relationships, and what many often fail to recognize is we are partners (in relationship) with those missions/ministries we financially support. Perhaps I may be a bit biased, having known the heart of RHFH’s founding leadership for many years. I absolutely believe that RHFH is a genuine, sincere, and fruit-bearing ministry in which you can confidently invest your financial support, knowing that your sacrificial gifts will bear “eternal” fruit.
In closing, if you currently support and pray for RHFH please continue. If you have previously supported RHFH with your prayer and financial contributions, would you please do so again. At this time, the mission is in great need for additional partners and financial support. RHFH greatly appreciates your love, prayer and ongoing financial support… and so do the Haitian people. Remember, we cannot do what we do without God and you.
