Stories like those of Molière and Anaika remind us why this mission matters.
Molière’s journey is one of resilience and transformation. Years ago, he faced a life-threatening illness, but thanks to the care he received at the RHFH clinic, he recovered fully. Grateful for the care that saved him, Molière sought an opportunity to provide for his family. In 2010, he was offered a job at RHFH, which became a turning point in his life. Over the years, his work has provided stability for his wife and seven children, ensuring they have food on the table and access to education. Two years ago, Molière embraced a new blessing when his family welcomed a foster child into their home. With four daughters and four sons, his family now overflows with love and joy. “RHFH has not only supported me but also allowed me to support others in need,” he shares with gratitude.
Anaika’s story began during the earthquake of 2010 when, at just 25 days old, she and her mother were trapped under rubble for four days. Rescuers finally freed them, but Anaika’s right hand was severely injured, requiring amputation. A month later, Anaika and her mother arrived in Cazale, where RHFH provided shelter, medical care, and emotional support. To ensure their safety, we built them a secure home to start anew. From Anaika’s first school day, RHFH has covered her school fees, making her education possible. Now a vibrant teenager, Anaika dreams of becoming a pediatrician, inspired by the compassionate care she received. “RHFH gave us hope when we had none,” says her mother.
