Children in the Hope Homes Program aren’t just placed with caregivers—they become part of a family. Each month, they return to RHFH for medical check-ups, where they see a healthcare professional, have their weight monitored, and receive any necessary medications. This regular care ensures that their health remains a top priority, allowing them to continue their childhood with the best possible support.

But their care goes beyond medical attention. Hope Homes children receive quarterly home visits, where we check in on their well-being, assess their living situation, and ensure they are receiving the nurturing care they deserve. If they are able to attend school, we cover all their educational expenses, removing financial barriers to their success. Additionally, all their medical care is provided free of charge, ensuring that no child in the program goes without the treatment they need.

Over the past year, we have made a significant effort to strengthen the program’s foundation. We hired a dedicated team member to organize and update children’s records, creating detailed binders for each child. This ensures that every piece of information—medical history, educational progress, and personal details—is easily accessible and well-documented, allowing us to provide even better support.

At its core, Hope Homes is about more than just providing for physical needs—it’s about fostering belonging. We know that children thrive best when they are part of a family. This program exists so that vulnerable children don’t have to grow up alone but instead have the security, love, and care that a home provides.
