The children in our Hope Homes program have already overcome so much. Many once faced severe malnutrition or were left without anyone to care for them. Today, they are thriving in foster families where they can experience love, stability, and the chance to go to school.

But for many of them, school is a challenge. Some begin their education later than other children, which means they’re often older than their classmates and may struggle with confidence. Past health challenges can also make learning more difficult and slow.
To help bridge these gaps, we provide after-school tutoring, known locally as leçon. These sessions give the children a safe space to review lessons, ask questions, and strengthen their understanding. More than just academic support, tutoring builds confidence and helps them believe in their ability to succeed.

While foster families give their all, many haven’t had the opportunity to receive much education themselves and are unable to provide homework help. That’s why tutoring is such an essential part of the children’s growth and future.

Your support makes this possible. By helping fund tutoring sessions, you’re giving children the chance to not only keep up in school but also to dream bigger and reach their full potential.
We are looking to raise funds for 6 children for the coming school year. The cost to provide a child tutoring for 1 month is $60. You can click on the this link to donate for this need.
