Still open. Still serving. Still advancing.
For 31 years, God’s faithfulness has been the foundation of this work in Haiti. Through seasons of hope and seasons of fear, through days when supplies were scarce and days when the clinic overflowed with grateful families, His steady hand has guided and sustained every part of this ministry. Alongside Him are people like you — donors who give, pray, and stand with us — whose steadfastness makes daily care possible.
Partnered together in God’s Work
Haiti is carrying heavy days of fear and uncertainty, and yet the clinic remains open, doctors continue treating patients, and families keep hearing the Gospel. That is not by accident. God’s faithfulness holds us together. Our Haitian staff walk through danger and hardship daily because God has called them to serve and because faithful partners around the world stand with them.
Gilbert, one of our staff leaders, says it beautifully:
“Despite the problems we endure in the country and other missions who are closed due to insecurity, RHFH remains here still — working in good times and bad times. All the positive impacts we see show us that God graciously allows us the blessing to help others even in these difficult times. God is giving you the opportunity to stand firm with us in bringing loving care to thousands each month.”
Your recurring gifts are the steady, reliable support — the anchor — that allows our team to plan ahead, stock medicine, feed children, pay staff, and show up day after day. For that, we are deeply grateful.
Introducing “Anchors of Hope”
As we celebrate 31 years of ministry in Haiti, we want to honor those faithful monthly partners by name: Anchors of Hope. Anchors hold steady amid storms; so do these donors, whose monthly generosity makes consistent care possible to thousands.
If you are already a monthly donor, thank you — you are an Anchor of Hope. If you’re considering becoming one, would you prayerfully consider joining the Anchors? Our goal is to welcome 31 new or increased monthly partners before the end of the year — one for each year we’ve been serving here.
December challenge match — strengthen monthly support
To encourage monthly commitments, our board and leadership are providing a challenge match for all recurring donations made in December up to $31,000. This challenge multiplies the immediate impact of the first recurring gift of new Anchors and honors those Anchors already diligently giving. THANK YOU to all Anchors who are building a more dependable monthly income to meet the budget to make our 2026 vision possible.
What your monthly gift does
In this short video, you’ll hear stories about three families showing how your generosity transforms lives through the clinic and the Rescue Center. Please take a few minutes to watch — your recurring gifts will make this kind of difference again and again in the coming year.
Monthly gifts go to the general fund, allowing our team to use them where the need is greatest. Here’s what steady support sustains:
- $10/month – Food for families in crisis
- $50/month – Medicine and medical supplies for patients
- $100/month – Salaries for the doctors, nurses, chaplains, nannies and essential staff
Join the Anchors of Hope
If you feel led to become a monthly partner, please choose whichever giving method is most comfortable for you – all are secure and simple:
- Set up monthly giving by card or bank transfer through our Blackbaud form
- Give through PayPal and make sure to click “Make this a monthly donation”
- Send a check or set up recurring Bill Pay through your bank by scheduling a monthly check to: Real Hope for Haiti, 15215 Endeavor Drive, Noblesville IN 46060. Tell us about your commitment here.
Over the coming weeks we’ll share stories, progress toward the 31 Anchor goal, and short messages from staff and families who are strengthened and cared for because of monthly support to RHFH. Please watch for those emails and posts, share them, and please pray with us that God will send the partners we need.
Hebrews 6:19 reminds us that “We have this hope as an anchor for the soul, firm and secure.”
That image is true in our work: God is our true anchor, and your faithful giving is the tangible support that lets His mercy reach families in Cazale every day.
