Izabella’s Story: A Dream for the Future
My name is Izabella, and I am one of the children living with a foster family through the Fanmi Espwa program. This program has changed my life by giving me a loving home, support, and encouragement to continue growing and working toward my dreams.
Since I was young, I have always loved school. I enjoy learning new things and discovering more about the world around me. I work hard in my classes, listen to my teachers, complete my assignments, and always try to do my best. Through dedication and determination, I have been blessed to achieve first place in my class.
This year was a very special accomplishment for me. I successfully passed my 7th-grade national exams and earned the opportunity to continue into 8th grade. I was also proud to participate in a spelling competition where I received first place. These moments reminded me that hard work and perseverance can lead to great achievements.
My favorite subjects are reading, science, and mathematics. I love exploring new ideas, solving problems, and gaining knowledge that will help me prepare for my future. School is a place where I feel hopeful and motivated.
My dream is to become a doctor one day. I want to study medicine because I care about people and want to help those who are sick or struggling. I hope to use my education to bring healing and hope to children and families in my community.
I want to thank all the donors who support my education and help provide the things I need to continue learning. Your generosity gives me the opportunity to attend school, grow, and believe in my future. Every book I read, every lesson I learn, and every step I take toward my dream is possible because of your kindness.
Thank you for believing in me and helping me see that my dreams can become reality.
