Today a 20 year old woman came for her first postnatal appointment. She received prenatal care at our clinic. Her prenatal care was uncomplicated- her weight gain and measurements were all as expected. She delivered all 3 of her babies at 38 weeks gestation. Yeah, you read that correctly- all 3! She brought her triplet baby boys to clinic today. All healthy, though small, 1.5 kg, 1.6 kg and 1.7 kg. She is breast feeding all 3 and has lots of help at home. Way to go mom! Please pray for her and her family because her family grew much faster than expected.
