This cutie has been here for a few weeks and is beginning to smile.
She has been sick this week and loves chicken and fried plantains for a snack in the afternoon. She is receiving her daily dose of medika mamba through her NG tube each day.
So beautiful and full of life.
This beautiful lady has given birth to six children. Four have died, one is in an orphanage and her last in resting in her arms. Her life in complicated in many ways but we are happy that she is still smiling and ready for her and her son to be well.
Yummy bread made here in Cazale and eggs for breakfast.
Almost ready to return home with her family.
This little guy had so much edema, from his kwashiorkor, when he arrived that his eyes were almost swollen shut. His mama bought him some fish this week and he loves it.
