Hi , this is Gretchen you are reading about, so let’s get started. My parents are missionaries in Haiti and help malnourished people and teach them about Jesus. That’s how they help in Haiti and how my siblings and I help is by learning in school and learning about Jesus so we can teach other people about Christ. My school’s name is Real Hope Academy. I have one of the greatest teachers in the world. Three subjects I like are math, Botany and history. I like history because I learn a lot from back in the old days. In math, I am really good at division ,subtraction, addition and multiplication. In Botany I learn about plants.

Every day at school, we read for 30 minutes and then we write our wows, wonders and what ifs about what we read. A book I read recently is Star of Light by Patricia St. John. I would recommend this book to you. We do Bible in the morning. It is one of my favorite things to do. One thing that I have learned about God is that He sent His son to die on the cross for us. One more thing I learned about is God is three- God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit. Two of my Favorite Bible verses are John 3:16 “ For God so loved the world that he sent his one and only son that whoever believes in him will never perish but have eternal life” and Micah 6: 8 “act justly love Mercy and walk humbly with your God ”. I live in Haiti mostly but for summer and Christmas I go and visit my family in Washington. My family has 17 crazy cousins. That is all about my amazing Christ follower life.
