Emergency care-Christialine

My name is Christialine, and I am writing to thank you for giving me hope and helping me survive the hardest moments of my life.

I have faced many tragedies at a young age. In 2023, I became very sick. I lost so much weight, and my body became weak. After medical tests, the team discovered that I had tuberculosis. I stayed at the clinic for almost a year, where I received constant care, treatment, and medication. You fed me, watched over me, and made sure I never felt alone. Little by little, I began to recover. When I was strong enough, you helped me return to my family.

Just when I thought my life was becoming normal again, another accident happened. One day, while I was running, I fell and hit a rock. My right wrist was badly broken. My family rushed me to the clinic. The team immediately took care of me, put my arm in a split, and sent me to Sainte-Camille Hospital. There, doctors operated on me and placed two metal rods in my wrist to help my bones heal. I stayed in the hospital for several days for treatment and dressing changes.

Afterward, I returned to the clinic for follow-up care. The team continued to support me, making sure I healed properly. Today, I no longer need regular dressings, but I still attend medical appointments so the doctors can monitor my recovery.

Through every sickness, every pain, and every fear, you never gave up on me. You stood by me when I was weak. You cared for me when I could not care for myself. You helped me rise again when life tried to break me.

Because of you, I am still here. I am healing. I am learning to dream again. I am learning to believe in my future.

Thank you for your love, your patience, and your generosity. You gave me strength when I had none. You gave me courage when I was afraid. And you gave me hope when everything seemed lost.

With deep gratitude and hope,

Christialine
