The semi container is here..

This week the semi container that was packed up in Indiana arrived here in Cazale.  We were so blessed to have a team here to help us unpack all the supplies and boxes.

Lots of fun boxes for kids in the school sponsorship program!

We unpacked so many boxes.

Little surprises tucked into coolers 🙂

The team worked very hard with all of our employees.  Our employees were very happy to have hard workers and were encouraged by the team.

We are still working to unpack all the supplies that have arrived.

Joy (the boys teacher).  She is such a blessing to us this year.

We are still looking for help with the expense of shipping the container to Haiti.  It cost $250.00 per pallet to get the supplies from Indiana to Cazale.  Would you be interesting is helping us with this need?  Please contact me with questions licia@realhopeforhaiti.org.  Thank you so much!

Here’s some information about the pillow case dresses in the picture (with the note that says from Anna’s Mom) They were actually made by the students of Orange Grove Adult School in Sacramento, California. These students are developmentally delayed adults with so much to offer. Many of the students have Down’s Syndrome and other challenges. The students enjoyed making 200 pillowcase dresses this summer for RHFH. These students are often on the receiving end of help and assistance and this project gave them a chance to help someone else in need. Barb, their teacher, told how they talked every day about who was going to get the dresses and how much the little children in Haiti would appreciate the gifts. She shared that they were honored to be able to provide them.
